Welcome to 2024-25 Washington Game Bird Hunting
What’s NEW in 2024-2025?
Harlequin Duck Permits – 38 permits will be made available through a drawing to eligible applicants.
How to Apply:
To apply for a Harlequin duck permit, each applicant must have a valid Washington state: small game hunting license, migratory bird permit, AND migratory bird authorization.
Application is free.
Every eligible individual is allowed ONE application.
Incomplete, ineligible, or inaccurate applications will not be accepted or entered into the drawing.
Application period is open July 1st to August 14th. Submit Application through fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov. Drawing in August 2024.
