MIGRATORY DOVE (Mourning, white-winged)

- Daily Bag Limit: 15, single species or in combination.
- Possession Limit: Three times the daily bag limit.

Migratory doves may only be taken while in flight.
EXOTIC DOVE (Eurasian collared and ringed turtle doves only)
- Season: Year-round
- Area Open: Statewide
- No bag or possession limit. However, any taken during the migratory dove season in addition to a daily bag limit of mourning and white-winged doves must have a fully-feath-ered wing attached while being transported.

6 ducks, with species and sex restrictions as follows: 5 mallards (no more than 2 of which may be females), 3 wood ducks, 2 redheads, 2 canvasbacks, 1 pintail, and 1 scaup.

YOUTH, VETERAN AND ACTIVE MILITARY
Only hunters age 17 and younger, veterans, and active military members may hunt during the season dates listed below.

- Low Plains Late Zone: Oct. 22-23, 2022

- Youth - Resident hunters under the age of 16 years are not required to have any stamps or permits. Resident hunters 16 years of age and older must possess a Kansas HIP Permit, Kansas Waterfowl Permit, and Federal Waterfowl Stamp. Non-resident hunters under the age of 16 years must possess Kansas HIP Permit & Kansas Waterfowl Permit. Non-resident hunters 16 years of age and older must possess a Kansas HIP Permit, Kansas Waterfowl Permit, and Federal Waterfowl Stamp.
- Veteran/Active Military - Must possess Kansas HIP Permit, Kansas Waterfowl Permit, Federal Waterfowl Stamp as well as proof of military service such as state issued Driver License noting veteran status, a Department of Defense issued ID (i.e., Active-Duty I.D. card or Retired Active Military I.D.), other military government issues ID cards indicating military service such as Veteran’s Affairs ID or Veteran Benefit Card, or a copy of DD214 or DD215 discharge paperwork.

- Stamps Required: Kansas HIP Permit, State Waterfowl Stamp, Federal Waterfowl Stamp
- Equipment Restrictions: During the Conservation Order, unplugged shotguns and electronic calls may be used. Shooting hours are from one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset.
- Shooting Hours: One-half hour before sunrise to sunset.
SANDHILL CRANE, CENTRAL ZONE
- Season: Nov. 9, 2022-Jan. 5, 2023
- Daily bag limit: 3
- Possession limit: Three times the daily bag limit.
