
Huntington, Tennessee native, Michael Dwayne “Mike” McLemore, age 67 died at his home on Sunday, July 15, 2012, after an extended illness. Mike will be remembered for his contributions to his chosen field of waterfowling, his love of sports, his charismatic personality, and his strong Christianity.
Mike was a Tennessean who loved duck hunting and made some of the best duck calls of any Tennessee call maker. He won the World Championship of duck calling three times. He also won the Champion of Champion Duck Callers Championship once.
He was one of the great Tennessee waterfowlers and will be sorely missed.
