The following are brief descriptions of regulation changes for the 2017-2018 seasons. This summary of regulation changes is intended to be used as a reference only. You are required to be familiar with all the changes to regulations that apply to each of these items.

  • NEW Oklahoma Land Access Program (OLAP) created.
  • Tracking with Dogs: Allows hunters the use of a leashed dog to help locate downed game after notifying a game warden (message, email or call) with location and time. No person may have a means of take on their person while tracking with dogs.
  • Camp Gruber Training Center: New hunting and access regulations.
  • Fobb Bottom WMA: Snipe, Squirrel and Woodcock closed the first nine days of deer gun season.
  • Hickory Creek WMA: Deer Archery same as statewide season dates. Predator/Furbearer Calling closed the first nine days of deer gun season.
  • Love Valley WMA: Deer Archery same as statewide season dates. Predator/Furbearer Calling closed the first nine days of deer gun season.
