Wild Hogs: Increases a violation of a regulation of the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks relating to wild hogs to a Class I violation and deleted the repealer.

Hunting and Fishing Licenses: Increases resident licenses fees contingent upon the increase of nonresident licenses fees by the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks. The revenue collected from any increase in license fees pursuant to this act shall be designated for use by the MDWFP for recruitment, training, equipping, and compensation of conservation officers to fill existing vacancies.

Mississippi Outdoors Magazine: Authorizes the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks to set subscription rates, authorizes the publishing of a digital version of Mississippi Outdoors Magazine, and authorizes the MDWFP to sell advertisements to offset the cost of the magazine.
