Whether you regularly ride in Maine or if you’re just here for a few days of fun, thanks for choosing to ride in our great state. We’ll do our best to make sure you enjoy it!

This law book is the first to combine the laws and regulations of both snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles. While the primary purpose was to save printing costs, we realized that many who snowmobile also ride ATV’s, and a combination book would be a handy convenience.

Being safe is everyone’s responsibility. Wear a helmet – It could save a life. Also, before each ride, let someone know where you’re going, and when you plan to return. Carry an emergency preparedness kit, don’t drink and drive, and make sure your speed is reasonable for conditions.

Ride safe, ride smart, and we hope you enjoy the activities associated with both snowmobiling and ATV riding in Maine’s beautiful outdoors!
