This section of the 2012–2013 Hunting Seasons and Regulations provides information related to all lands managed for hunting by Wildlife Resources Division.

The information is presented by Game Management regions. Each listing provides the specific information applicable to that WMA/PFA/State Park. However, if you require additional information, a contact number is provided with each listing.

Please review the legend below. Each listing will have a list of applicable symbols located in its header as a quick reference. It is strongly recommended that you review the WMA Q & A information.

From Milledgeville Take US 441 south 3.1 miles, turn left; continue 2.9 miles on US 441/GA29 and make U-turn to return north; go 0.1 miles to 1st pull-in on right. Kiosk is just down that road.

All other Park facilities will be closed to the general public Dec. 12-13. Campsites will be available for hunter use and may be reserved through the park office at (770) 254-7271. ATVs prohibited.

From Bonaire (to Ocmulgee River tract) Take GA 96 east for 3.3 miles to boat ramp on Ocmulgee River; go north by boat on river approximately 10.5 miles. Tract is on west bank of the river. From Warner Robins (to Echeconnee Creek tract) From intersection of HWY 247C and HWY 247, take HWY 247 north 3.9 miles; turn right on Feagin Rd.; turn right on Santa Clara Dr.; tract is 0.2 miles on the right and left side of road.

To West Tract: From the intersection of HWY 96 and HWY 19, go west 10.7 miles; turn left on Kel Foster Rd. At fork, bear right. Entrance is ¼ mile on the left.

No waterfowl hunting west of Ebenezer Rd. except that youth may hunt waterfowl between Ebenezer and Juliette Roads (Youth Area). No motor in excess of 25hp may be operated on Lake Juliette.

From Manchester to Nichols and Pigeon Creek Tracts Take HWY 190 east 3.9 miles; turn left on paved road; go 0.1 mile to fork; turn left; go 1.8 miles to fork in road; right fork to Nichols Tract; left to Pigeon Creek Tract.

Special Regs

Upon determination by the Commissioner that a person has violated this title (OCGA 27) or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to hunting or trespass on or from Standing Boy Creek Tract, the Commissioner may revoke, suspend, deny, or refuse to renew any license or permit, or both, required by this title which is held by or has been applied for by the person, for a period of up to two years following the determination of such violation. Harvested deer will not be tagged with Department tags and must be recorded on the hunter’s deer harvest record. Camping prohibited. ATVs prohibited.
