Anglers please note that some Fishing Regulations covering Georgia and South Carolina shared waters have changed effective July 1, 2012. Please see Agreements with Bordering States for details.
Saltwater Regulation Changes
- Southern kingfish (Whiting) no longer regulated.
- FREE Saltwater Information Program endorsement is required when fishing in saltwater (see Recreational Fishing)
- One-day saltwater shore-based fishing license available. $5 for resident or non-resident.
