Rules for State Park Lands
(Administered by Division of Parks and Recreation)
A State Park Registration fee ($10) is required to hunt on State Park lands. Register at any State Park available for hunting. Your registration is good for all State Parks for the season. Include your E-mail address on the registration for Special Hunt opportunities and updates. Additional lands will be made available for hunting this year in Delaware State Parks, including White Clay Creek State Park.*Note that the F&W Wildlife Area Deer Stand/Waterfowl Blind Lottery Permit is also accepted at Brandywine Creek as an alternative to the State Park registration. State Park Rules are generally more restrictive than on State Wildlife Areas. You can obtain the rules and maps specific to the Park you intend to hunt at http://www.destateparks.com/activities/hunting/ or by calling (302) 739-9220.
Regulations in red are new this year.
